What should a doctor do first while meeting a patient?

Today,my friends played basketball with me.Suddenly,he have broken his finesse,and quickly I went to hospital with him.But if there's a card of needing little money which are in this same college can enjoy the benefit,at that time,my friend haven't register himself,so tense that we took the other friend's.It was unlucky that the doc told that was forbidden cruelly.I didn't know there's a patient needed help extremely in front of him.And helping people is his responsibility,I think.Did you really see a patient dead in front of you,because of a code?

A doctor has the primary responsibility to treat a patient, even if it is his enemy. I know of doctors who have saved their enemy's life on the battleground, purely out of their moral judgment. They should be something above the rest of humanity to show example and not abuse their power. This is a blatant abuse of power and Playing God not treating your friend. Personally I think this is an inhumane act and abominable. I wish they could bring Confucian and taoist, Buddhist ethics back to Modern China because I think Capitalism is bringing out the worst in the Chinese, not the best. You are a great people and I don';t want you to be ruined by IMPORTED CRAP LIKE THAT. GOD BLESS YOU MY DIDI..

moral question ... That's worth discussing. Doctors have the responsibility to help ill people. Or the society must be gone crazy.

It is different with every doctor. But, they take it really seriously if a person isn't insurred. I don't know why, but I would help the person in need and worry about the payments later.
