I have found that my low blood sugar website wasn't getting any page impressions, so I have decided to change it into a blog instead.
If anyone is interested in looking at it you can find it at http://lowbloodsugar-hypoglycemia.blogspot.com
I would be grateful for any comments.

I am trying to come back on the site a bit, probably not as much as I was as I seem to be so busy at the moment, but it is nice to be back.

Thanks for putting up this - recipes are very useful. Just curious, I know the term low blood sugar is self explanatory but isn't is a positive thing to have low blood sugar? All I ever hear about is people whose blood sugar is too high - I was prescribed Glucophage to make mine lower.

Although having high blood sugar or diabeties is more dangerous mainly due to the side effects of the insulin, low blood sugar is a disease in its own right.
Each time you eat something sugary your body produces too much insulin dropping your blood sugar levels down to below what they were to begin with so you start to feel symptoms like daydreaming, headaches, nausea, can't sleep, migraines....the list goes on and on.
