after ending a relationships ..

coz their shy to each other. they cant see their self apart. even though there not with each other still they still love each other but sadly they can never be together again

I broke up with my long-term partner almost a year ago and we are still in touch and are very good friends. We both knew that the relationship was not working out so we decided to be friends. At frist it was very hard and we fought all the time but now its just something that is in our past and we are both happy with new partner's and getting on with our lives but still meet up for drinks and keep in touch with each other. Some people think its weird but it works for us and we are both happy with the current situation. I think in order for a friendship to work in this circumstance then both people have to let go of the past and not play the blame game. Life is hard enough without making an enemy of someone you once loved and cared about. You can still be friends and still love and care for them but just in a different way.

It really depends on the people. I stay friends with some of my exes and not all of them. Some of them are really hard to stay friends with.
