It makes you wonder. The cell phone I have at work creats this static on the radio every time I power it up. I have heard of studys done where they say prolong use of a cell phone can cause brain tumors, but I don't know how credible those reports are. If it bothers you, you can always use a headset and attach it to the phone. I've thought of doing this myself.

i think that rays are not harmful for us. if they are then what we can do becasue we cant through our cellphones by this reason we have to continue. because our business and every thing now depends upon cellphone.

nah.. not really.. i don't care that much about radiation coming off from phones because i think it would be too small to cause something big. you should be worrying about your computer giving off radiation. haha

If you should be worried about radiation I would be worried more about your microwave and such things, there's a lot more than just your mobile doing that. Asides from that the amount a mobile emits is minimal, so for the average person it would be highly unlikely that this would cause a problem. Not to mention that we should have seen it by now then already pop up clear in statistics as we've been using mobile phones for over 15 years already.

i dont think we should be really worried about radiation from cellphones unless you use it for calls around a few hours per day. if you just use it for messages, then its fine. if you spend extended periods of time talking on the phone, then use a handsfree set to keep the radiation away.
