We all know how good eating vegetables is for our health. Most of us like to eat vegetables. But I think the ways every body likes to eat veggies are different.
Personally I like grilled, fried and fresh veggies. I like baby carrot with dipping. If it comes to Broccoli, I like it with Chinese way of cooking. I like some veggies in Indian cooking style. For potato my favorite is french fries.
What is your favorite way of eating vegetables, and what vegetable you like most?

I prefer my vegetables lightly steamed .. so they still have a little crunch .. a little sprinkling of Himalayan salt or sea salt, freshly ground black pepper .. then sprinkle grated cheese over them .. nothing else is needed ..
One of my flavourite ways to cook courgette is to grate the courgette .. then toss it in a minuscule blob of butter, seasoned with pepper and salt as above, over a high heat for about 2-3 minutes .. it's really lovely, light and juicy and nothing like the usual watery courgette slices you may have tried before ..

Normally steamed with a light honey sauce for them. A platter of them is a meal. Broccoli with cheese is good and on a baked potatoes and some bacon would be great. Fried french fries are indeed grand with the peel left on. If I could pick only one vegetable I would want the broccoli however the potatoes would be more versatile so I would be forced to pick that one.

Your ways of eating veggies are interesting. I have never used honey sauce with my veggies. I don't like sweet with my veggies.

I like almost any vegetable except the Ampulaya (bitter melon) which could destroy plumbing and cause clocks to stop working in a wide area...LOL! :)
But here is a technique, that you will love for grilling veggies, and it's really inexpensive, too!
Try glazing your veggies with jellies and marmalades (!) before you grill or sautee' them in a wok...
Jams and jellies can be heated and brushed on veggies to give then a beautiful and tasty glaze for pennies a serving...
Many flavors are available from grape to orange and peach or apple, to who knows how many others... try this combinations and serve your glazed veggies like you would your regular ones...
Hope you enjoy this, Sweetlady! :)

Cauliflower - raw with ranch dip.
carrots - steamed, baked, roasted, grilled, raw.
potatoes - baked, mashed, potato salad, grilled, scalloped, french fried (I know, not healthy), wedged, roasted, etc
green beans - steamed
snow peas - stir fried, and also in salads,
lettuce - wraps and salads
cucumbers - sliced with vinegar, in thai food, on sandwhiches
zuccini - in thai food, or fried Italian style
sweet potatoes - baked
brocolloi - grilled only
peas - cooked in casseroles or mixed in with my mashed potatoes or in stir fries
corn - pretty much anyway you can make it.
spinach - raw and in salads
peppers - raw, cooked, any way you can make them pretty much
kidney beans - only in chili
onions - on sandwhiches, in salads, in stir fries
cabbage - fried cabbage with noodles, sour kraut, cole slaw
alfalfa sprouts - sandwhiches and wraps
There is more but I'm drawing a blank.
I like Indian and Thai methods of cookie vegies.
Vegies I absolutely will not eat - egg plant, brussel sprouts, mushrooms, lima beans

I like carrots raw. Some vegetables, I like it steamed. I don't want it all soggy. The vitamins are not there anymore if it was cooked too much. For potatoes, I love french fries and mashed potatoes.

I absolutely LOVE red peppers! I can easily eat them raw! I am having a prawn stir fry tonight and in it is two whole red peppers! They are very sweet, full of vitamin c and I can munch and munch on them. I also like celery as well, I put salad cream all along the stalk and eat it as a snack when I'm on the computer. Potatoes, yep, chips every time, although I do like the occasional jacket potato.

I prefer my veggies either steamed or raw. Since it is summertime, I have mostly raw veggies with ranch dip. They are incredibly healthy this way since none of the nutrients are being removed through cooking! The ranch dip does add some unneeded calories and fat, but I will eat more veggies, more often with it...so I think I win in the long run!

There are two ways that I like my greens eaten, and the list of veggies I eat them as:
Cooked
-Broccoli (w/ creamy cheese)
-Cauliflower (w/ creamy cheese)
-Carrots
-Celery
-Brussels Sprouts
-Watercress (those crunchy things inside chinese food looking like small wafer discs)
Fried
-Okra (my favorite; crunchy on the outside, soft and salty on the inside)
Raw
-Broccoli (w/ ranch dressing)
-Cauliflower (w/ ranch dressing)
-Carrots
-Celery
Sauteed and Stir-fried
-Onions (goes well with liver and onions because of the smell)

I just get it over and done with!
I love carrots though, so they're slowly eaten and enjoyed.. otherwise it's down and away and then moving along to the next one.

I take vegetables cook in any form except curry. For carrots and broccoli, I prefer to eat it boiled semi-cooked where it is still crunchy. For green leafies, stir fly. Grilled vegetables? I have not tried it. If I may ask, what vegetables are suitable for grilling?

I like fried veggies the best. Just lightly done so they are still crispy. I especially like carrots and brocolli done like this with just a bit of garlic.
