do you take water in between while you take your meal/food

No not at all .water will dilute the digestive enzymes and hydrochloric acid in our stomach which will slow our digestive process and will cause to lot of indigestioon ,constipation.better go for veg juice.take water 1/2 hour before and 1 hour after meals.drink in between meals if you want to reduce the weight .some people complain of without water it is not easy to eat.that is because they are not chewing there food properly .mixing it wiht salive will make the food in water form and it will help in digestion also .next time eat water drink food.

Yes, I do take water in between meals. I see no harm in taking water while eating.. Besides you ll make it easier for the nutrients to be absorbed once they are in solution..

I have never subscribed to the 'drink lots of water' campaign and lo and behold, it has been proved to be a load of b...ocks. yes, i usually take wate between meals.because if i will not take water i feel very dry in my throat.

Once in a while i drink water in between meals especially you are choking. Some people drink a lot of water so that they can eat only little food. I think its good because it will help you not to eat a lot especially the food is not really very healthy.

I drink a glass of water before I eat meals because that would make me feel full and will not encourage me to eat more.

I don't but I'm not a big water fan. The benefits are drinking water are limitless.... Also if you drink water before eating you will not eat as much!
