How much time do you spend working out a day?

I just started working out again. My main goal is to tone my abs,arms, and legs. I don't want to lose any weight. I workout about 30 minutes to an hour 3 days a week.

vamshidher A brisk walk for 20mins twice daily. And a few stretching excercises for 10mins in the morning or evening. It doesn't result in building muscles though. It is just that prolonged slow excercise burns up fat.

vamshidher The movie gives a feel of prison life and the way people get "institutionalised" ! The story is brilliant. The screenplay is too good along with the narration. The actor-character match was good. The dialogues are so expressive. A must watch movie!
