I love chillies. I can take them fairly hot. My brother grows chillies & he gave me some. I researched a chilli sauce that was easy & cheapo to make, & this one turned out great.
HOT CHILLI SAUCE
Havle the chillies & seed them.
Chop them finely & stir them into a dressing made with lime juice, olive oil, fresh mint, salt & pepper.
It's great spooned over a Thai-style salad.

I'll try that as I love chilli sauce, I pay quite a lot for a nice one at a local shop you can even get it with ginger or garlic, I could add either of them to this recipe.

I ove that and i make it often. my hubby too loves that but if he takein more of it he faces some stomach problem and acidity too. i love that and i can eat that with any thing i cook . one day when my olive oil was finished i just made a cut in between dipped them in lime juice, added a little salt, not that little, and fresh mint. it tasted very good. it was just an experiment with some thing .
