As life has it, we learn as we go. At least we would hope to learn from our past mistakes or adventures. This is a controversial discussion about the MLM, Network Marketing and Direct Sales truth.
I'll get this started and wait for the "objectives" to fly.
1) There is NO FREE "home based business" really.
2) You ARE NOT really running or owning your "own" home based business!
3) 97% fail in this industry because 97% of the MLM Monsters customers are YOU!
4) It takes money to make money! You don't have tons of cash...don't play with the big dogs!
5) 110% HYPE! I don't care if it's Pre Paid Legal, AmeriPlan USA, or some rinky dink candle business...you will have to pay something.
6) "You will never have to cold call anyone" JOKE...leads are leads folks and purchased from a very general database. Most of these people you are calling either don't remember asking for this "general non-company specific" information, or never signed up at all!
7) Hook up with the TOP sponsor in the business and you'll get rich too! NO WAY! If you are daring enough to venture into this industry, then work for YOU and the company...stay away from leaning on your sponsor. They aren't your buddy and path to riches! Trust me...you don't pull in the numbers they want to see and you are as good as dead to them.
8) NO SALES! JOKE!!! You are to selling "something" to "someone" and that's no joke. Don't fall for the hype that you'll never sell anything.
9) Fully automated systems...not going to work well unless you are in full understanding and some guru at google adwords or getting your site ranked beyond the sky.
10) Some have been successful in this business? YEP...sure have, like 3% make it to the top.
11) DID I? Sure...I was making about 2,500k a month for a year and I got out because I hated to see what was going on. You get slapped in the wrist all the time for stepping outside your own "home based business" box where you are "TOLD" you have full control.
How can you make money like the big guys? Start your own MLM business and sit back and let others work for you. Don't be the patsy in any MLM, Network Marketing (yes same as MLM...just a new word not to scare you off) or Direct Sales.
The bottom line is this: If you were told the 110% truth before joining the "GREAT" home based business, you'd run the other way. That's why most successful manipulators will get you to join without even blinking an eye.

most people hat mlm because many people think that it's not a legitimate way to make money, however when you look at some
kind of programmes, they all use mlm, there's no denying that mlm is a good method of collecting money and people at the cost of nothing, it's just the question of will, i think, if you want to join, just join to make money, refer people and get the part of your referrals' donation. i hate it too, just keep clear of your mind and get away with that kind of things.

I'm not sure I understand, but "most" don't think it's a legit way to make money. But it was passed by law that it is. However its a cut throat sales job is all it is. It has hidden twists to it that you won't find out about until you join and work it.
If someone told me the Gods honest truth about what I was joining (back then) and was upfront with me. I still may have given it a try. The difference is, I would have had respect for the person (Sponsor) for being honest.
If you are a heavy hitter in that industry, you are trained to manipulate the mind of your prospect. To "guide" (and that puts it lightly) them in "YOUR" direction.
They are all shaped like a pyramid. So is our school system and government. The shape of it doesn't make it illegal. It's what they hide and are later found out about that does.
If you watch the news (I'm not a huge TV person ... I think it dulls the mind if you watch it too much) you'll see from time to time about "MLM" companies on there getting ridiculed for the "promise" of healing cancer with their product. Now test after test from "real" doctors and scientist will prove that product won't cure cancer from a rat.
You have distributors (so called home business owners of the "said" company who is really the CEO) who market poorly. Thus giving the company a bad name. The company may have an okay product, but you have affiliates that would sell their Mother if it made them a nickel. So they go out and go against policy and sell for the quick buck.
Just as in any industry or company you'll have your bad seeds. But my point of this discussion is that MLM (Network Marketing), Direct Sales or Party Plans have there TRUTH to it that most won't find out until their knee deep in debt over it.
If you want advice and free advice about how to build a home affiliate deal with a MLM company, I can steer you in the right direction of "said" trainers who will teach you the trade of manipulation. But if I were you, I'd start my own "legit" company with "legit" products/services and train my people to be "upfront" from the get go. But then, I'd probably be the "fly by night" company out there.
I've always pondered about how I could come up with something (a business) that cost the workers nothing to join. It's a hard one to do. So I commend anyone who can go out and do this. I think it's called employment. lol
Sure, I'm very much interested in making a ton of money. Who isn't, but for the sake of hurting others in the process. I just can't do it that way.
So on to finding a different way to make loads of cash without ruining
someones life.

Afterthought: and if you look at the percentage on how many don't succeed in that industry (for whatever reason they don't make it) how many is that you've aided in hurting. That's if you are the one who made it to the TOP and are now rich with money. But poor in your heart. Who knows...I've not made it to the top. I made it to the breaking even point with "some" extra spending money. But most in that percentage don't even ever achieve that. So again, in that process, how many people did I hurt? I hate to even think about it. But that's why I stopped climbing and wrote it all off. I care about others and their success. I was a hand holder, then a hard a$$, then I was out. Goes against my grain of my character.
I tried it and gave it my all. But the bottom line is this, and something we all tend to overlook when feeling desperate for money, it to always listen to your heart. If it feels wrong, then don't do it. If there are to many red flags that go unanswered, then don't do it. If your feeling "pushed" into a decision, don't do it.
You have the right to ask questions and you have the right to "talk" to your spouse and you always have the right to say NO and quit calling me about it! There is NOTHING wrong with you if you decide to say NO to it.
