The weirdest food or thing or animal or creature that I have ever eaten is the sea urchin, raw, right from the seabed. It was a bit salty and despite the scary look with all the pointed black needles surrounding its body, it tasted not bad at all.
It was more like a fear factor session rather than anything else when a bunch of us decided to gave that a try after being dared by one of us that have tried that before. This took place when I went for a snorkeling trip to Karimun Jawa islands in Indonesia.

These aren't super weird, but probably the most unusual two foods I've tried have been alligator and rattle snake. The alligator tasted like a cross between chicken and tuna. The snake just tasted like an overcooked piece of unidentifiable meat.
I think I would have had a hard time eating a scorpion too.

My weirdest one was fried frog skin in Thailand. Supposed to be some kind of delicacy there. Didn't taste too bad...kinda like salt fish.
