I love smoothies. You can throw in pretty much anything you like. I usually put in banana and frozen peaches or berries. You can also add ice for a thicker, frostier smoothie. Sometimes I add soy milk and nutritional powder for added vitamins/minerals.

Bronie123, If you don't have anything to blend and crush ice to make smoothies with Walmart has a one serving smothie maker for $15 that works like a charm. Easy to use and easy clean up. I have 3 teenagers using it, plus me and it has stood up to the wear and tear of 4 folks making several smoothies a piece every day.
Start experimenting with differernt fruits, juices, yogurts, etc and you'll be surprised at all the differnt combos you can come up with that you will enjoy in a smoothie. We've tried several differnt juice flavors, soy milk, choc milk, yogurt, ice cream, all kinds of fruit, some veggies..and out of all our experiments I think only a couple of the wild veggie ones are the ones that we decided wasn't drinkable...all the other ones were good. Add ice to thicken them and you got a great refreshing summer snack or even a meal.
