For me I dont skip meals but a the same time I only eat when I am truly hungry. I am trying to loose a large amount of weight. I have been tracking the foods I eat and when I eat them. I have come to realise that most of the time I eat because I am bored and have nothing better to do.
What I am trying to do is only eat when I am truly hungry and have smaller portions of snacks. I am also making it apoint that when I find myself getting bored instead of getting food to eat I will get a drink of juice or water, or I will go and find something to do to keep myself busy so I dont think about food.
Hope this helps you.

Skipping meals is not going to make any harm .in fact fasting is a system of cure which gaining popular.by skipping once in a while u r internal organs get rest .lot of people tend t oeat so much that there internal organs are not getting any kind of rest also what u think if u are not fasting at night.remember we are fasting at night.and by this fast lot of rest get to our body and only coz of this fast wastages are removed much better in the morning than in other times.if u are aftaid of skipping meals why don’t take fruit juice by skipping meals ,this will not only help t o lose weight but have a cleansing effect on the body also.but learn more before taking a one day juice fast .if u are planning to .u should break it only be taking a fruit diet before going for your regular diet.

I don't follow a meal routine; I just eat whenever I'm hungry.
I don't eat to the point where I'm tired from fullness, though. I simply eat to the point where I'm not hungry anymore. Sometimes it just takes an apple or a small bowl of soup in order to fill me up to satisfaction. I've read that it's actually better to eat multiple small meals everyday, about every 3 hours, because it boosts your metabolism and keeps your stomach occupied with digesting.
