Someone went on a negative crusade

Actually, it takes more than 24 hours for negative feedback to do anything to your star. A lot of people dropped levels including myself and I am not all that active at the site. I was at a ten and dropped to an eight - a two star drop is almost unheard of. If someone went around posting that much negative feedback, it would come back to haunt them because part of your own level is how you rate others.

See what I mean people have nothing better to do with there time. I cant believe someones life revolves around making someones Else's life heck. That's why I dont think they should be allowed to just hit - when they get mad at us.

This seemed to happen to alot of people, myself included!! I guess they couldn't find anything to respond to so they went around giving everyone a big fat negative!! That really sucks, I was proud of my 10 blue star!! Oh well...

I don't understand why people do this. She must have way too much time on her hands.

Sorry, can't help but smile, that's a lot like what I thought happened to me too. I went for my evening meal with my rating on 98, and came back after on 84! I didn't think I'd irritated anyone that much, and it seems everyone else is having some problems with a drop in ratings too. I think there is a bit of a glitch at the moment, so don't go taking it all out on that one person yet!

I just went from a 10 star rating to an 8. Also my earnings have now changed. I am not sure what is going on here. Plus I am waiting to see what I earn for yesterdays posts.

Earlier when I saw these discussions about stars falling I didn't bother much. But just now I noticed that my star has gone from Yellow to White or 8 to 7. My popularity was 84 per cent but now it reads 74 per cent. I think 'mylot' would have done this in order to give us a challenge to score again. So we'll do it. No body's going to jail, so why worry.

It is not just you, it is everyone. I dropped 15 points. This happened before and it was a glitch. Give it some time and see if it goes back up.

Oh my goodness, I hadn't even noticed! I've lost 15 points! I jumped down from a 9 star to a 7 star :( I certainly hope myLot fixes this, I really don't want to lose out on my earnings because of a mistake they made.

Someone did the same to me. I have a feeling I know who it was, of course there is no way to prove it. I guess we could do the opposite, go on a positive spree and mark everything we say positive. :)

such a thing happens to me and perhaps all the other people here. so i don't think it's a certain person's fault. something goes wrong with mylot.

I'm new to My Lot, so I hope it's not true that someone could be so vindictive as to do something mean like that. I'm still getting the hang of everything. Till just five minutes ago, I didn't even know we had a stars rating system. But, someone on one of the posts mentioned, they are busy trying to fix some kind of gliche that has been changing people's stars. No telling when they'll be done, but i am sure everyone will get full credit for the posts they have done, and stars fully restored. Hopefully, that is. I hope you can get things worked out. I've seen some of your posts, and you always have the nicest things to say and ask the best questions. Good luck with your future on My Lot! You make it a better place to hang out.

Apparently there was some kind of glitch; cause MANY had their ratings drop including me. Now they are back up to what they were.

i don't understand the rating thing what's the number before the slash and then the number after the slash??? i didn't even know you could scroll over the stars until reading this post. i learn something new every day. i don't post most of the time so i can't answer to the earnings questions.

Yes, this does seem to happen quite often on here doesn't it? It is sad really, she must not have anything better to spend her time on. Maybe we should feel pity for these people as they don't really have a life. :) Have a great day mememama!

What a horrible thing for someone to do...I hope that someone did not do that to you....it is a shame that some people would be unfair because of a differing opinion.. Keep your chin up, my friend...

I am sorry to hear about this. I am new here so I am just getting used to the features and uses of mylot. It is a shame that things like this have to go on, I hope whoever did this is found and properly dealt with, because that just isn't right.
