Very rarely do I eat 'breakfast'. I know I should but for some reason have never eaten like most people. I wake normally around 5 a.m. (no alarm just wake up). I start right off with Diet Pepsi but don't 'eat' until around 10 or 11 and then it's not 'breakfast food' like cereal or eggs - I want pizza, leftovers, or will make a sandwich. I love waffles, pancakes, or omletes in the evening when most people are eating 'dinner food'.

Yeah me too. I know that breakfast is the most important meal of the day and so i don't skip it. I have my cereals, cooked vegetables, yoghurt, chaptis, salad for my breakfast. I also think it is good for our metabolism as eating meals regularly helps to improve our metabolic rate which helps in losing weight and keeps us fit. Besides when you eat breakfast you have recharged your batteries for the day and don't feel lethargic, lazy during the day.

I usually eat breakfast most mornings. Sometimes I just don't have time. Often it's a couple hours after I get up before I get breakfast. I don't usually eat a whole lot. A bowl of cereal or yogurt or a bagel. Nothing too heavy. I always get a cup of coffee as soon as I get up though.

yes i do eat breakfast in the morning. my breakfast most often than not consists of 1) coffee, with creamer and sugar. 2) bread- be it doughnut, sandwich or sometimes biscuits. 3)water. in that order. it hardly ever varies but i'm not complaining, i like it. sometimes i try to add fruits like bananas or sometimes a pear. i too believe that breakfast is the most important meal of the day.

Unfortunately I miss breakfast quite often, even though I know it is the most important meal of the day. I try to eat it whenever possible. My mornings are just hectic.

Oh yes! I always eat breakfast. I can do without dinner, but I got to have me some breakfast. I like bacon, toast, eggs over easy, and coffee with cream and sweetner. This morning I had waffles, sausage, coffee and a banana.

Hi 321633wy. Yes, you’re absolutely right that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It is necessary to eat your breakfast everyday. I don’t skip meals in the morning because I know it would be of great advantage if you’re going to eat your breakfast. When we eat, it gives us energy for the whole day, thus we can do our routine activities without getting tired easily. We can finish our work faster without hassle. Our health also will be in good hands.
That’s it. Have a nice day and God speed!

wish i had time for breakfast, but it's usually just ceral, so guess that counts too. Some diet experts say that people that eat breakfast are almost always thinner than those that skip it. Then again, i guess it just depends on what you're eating at breakfast. Sausage and greasy eggs aren't notoriously health food. Lunch is more my thing.

To be honest, I rarely eat breakfast. I love breakfast foods but I just rarely get around to eating breakfast. I should probably work on doing that since it is the most important meal of the day and all.
