I hate cleaning it makes me depressed I can never control the state of my house. It isn't terrible but it's not great either and it just gets me depressed I just don't seem to be able to control it. Sometimes I have got on top of it and I feel great then it gets out of control and I feel awful and have no motivation to do it. I think it's great you have control of your house.

I am definitely NOT like that!! I have certain chores that I do on certain days of the week. And so I keep to my schedule =) I have two kids and couldn't spend all day cleaning or they wouldn't get any attention! I think once your baby gets older and you become more busy playing with him/her you will not be so anal about cleaning! I relaxed with it at least once my kids got older =)

Im like that but Ive calmed down alot. I would rip curtains down and clean window all at the same time. What was I thinking.LOL Now I just do a room a day. But I dont blame you for wanting every thing clean. It should be nice and clean for your little sweetie. Take care

I used to clean the house too but I don't punish my self to do this even I'm already tired. I just leave them for a while and after I rest I get back on it.

i can relate to that, i set out to do a couple of chores for the day and the next thing i know i am cleaning the whole house up beccause i start thinking of all the things my girls can get into, i actually vacum everyday right now because my girls are going through that stage of eating everything they see on the floor wether its lint, or food, so yea i'm pretty anal about the house being clean right now

I don't do enough cleaning. I leave the floors to my husband. There is a reason for this, though. I have fibromyalgia - chronic pain, chronic fatigue. When I do take it upon myself to do some cleaning, which usually consists of dusting and picking up junk around the house, I do keep at it until I become totally exhausted and start to feel pain. I have let the dust build up but went at it a couple of weeks ago only because I know we have visitors coming for dinner after my daughter's confirmation. Of course it will need dusting again by then, but not the china cabinet I hope.
I really hate housework and avoid it as much as possible. It's hard when you clean a house and then your kids (10 & 14) come home and immediately make a mess. I'd rather just leave it messy.

I am just like you!! I think we have some kind of disease. I might decided to dust in the computer room and since I have the stuff out to dust ,I do the rest of the house. This leads to vacuuming and cleaning the bathrooms and then the toilets ect. I think that we both need to stop being so anal!
