I love to know what my fellow Mylotter's favourites are so to speak and what excites them before posting a response. For me it depends on my mood and I find the venting ones quite funny as I see people letting off steam. I like the ones where I can help people a bit along the way and also feel just as comfortable with the political and spiritual ones. I am very flexible and love to give my fellow Mylotters as much support as I can. What entices you then? I would love to know..

With me it varies depending on my mood. I vent here alot and talk about my family, my job and life in general. I respond to a lot of political and relationship posts. It's comforting to know there are people all over the goloe that fele the way I do on certain issues and also I like being enlightened by view points I never would have even thought of.

I am mostly interested in quality discussions that involve about business, spiritual, news, relationship, etc. Something that encourages positive debates and use logical explaination. Such discussions can stimulate me to response them. I don't like discussions that are meaningless. It is boring and I don't want to spend time to answer it.

I prefer common, but inteligent discussions. There are some friends what i allways join, because they allways post a good discussions. That`s what the reputation mean:-) I avoid religious topics. I have own opinion, but it`s useless to discuss with fanatics who refuse each other religion then their own.

I have my own rules when responding to discussions. No jokes, recipes, online money making, religious or topics that I deemed too sensitive or personal. In another words, I'm very selective with the threads.
I don't like to see any venting nor debacles as much as possible. I have lost a few friends because of that. I'm not a confrontational bunny and prefer to post general and humorous discussions.

Hello, yanjiaren,it is hard to say as i do not really have a preference when replying.Sometimes I will just pick up some topics which my friends have just started and were received by me in the email account, like this one:P. The other times,I may just try to find discussions which i can have more to say and reply.
If you asked me my favourite topic,i would say it is something related to our daily life or relationship.

I tend to try to respond to the family and parenting discussions a lot. I also jump in to any discussion where I can be a helper. I used to like some of the recipes. Not too many at a time, though, because I do not want to spend all of my time cooking. I post to spiritual, sometimes. Some to travel. I guess I am just a well rounded girl. That is why I need to get up and get some exercize, so I will not be quite so "well rounded". I know I respond a lot to health issues.

I like some of the more comical posts, and they are the ones I check back on to see if anything new and surly has been added. I guess otherwise it depends on my mood. Today I am just looking for a few and the want to wrap it up. I am a bit dissapointed with mylot as I lost another bunch of money, but this time on images from aa festival I went to. I can't imagine what guidelines they could have crossed, especially since they are all still there, just my earnings have been slashed from that week. Wah.

I think what entices me to respond to a discussion depends upon two things. First of all, it depends upon the mood I am in. Secondly, it depends upon whether I have a familiarity with a subject and think that I can contribute something valuable. These are basically what entice m to respond. Also, I basically just go to the discussions my friends started page and concentrate there as that keeps me very busy.
cheers

Hi yanjiaren, sorry haven't been around for awhile, been bizzie working away (they don't call me bizziebod for nothing afterall!) Hope all is well with you! Well the headline always does it for me, it's either got to be a shocking headline or something well thought out to catch my attention! I'm usually happy to express my opinion on almost anything, as long as I've got some kind of knowledge on the discussion!

I generally reply to posts about topics that I have some knowledge and experience with, but sometimes I enjoy replying to ones that are fun.
