To reduce stress in your life you need to take some time out just for yourself. This could just be taking an hour out to read a book, or go for a walk, or just watching a bit of tv. Stress relieving treatments are also very good, like yoga, reflexology, massage, things like that. Everybody should have something in their life that they can enjoy and switch off from everyday life as stress caused 75% of illness.

Take nutritious food is one cure for stress. Take honey for example, will increase a person's energy. Add exercise too. Both of these nutritious food and exercise will increase a person's strength, only a strong person can 'fight' stress. (A weak person will stress even though the stress trigger is very small.)
