I am very fortunate that I don't get pms, from the time I would have started in school I can't remember ever having any. No one could tell if I was on my cycle or not. To this day I don't have symptoms but I do find I am not as tolerant but it never shows. So I have never had to deal with it but I have heard that exercise does decrease the symptoms dremeticly and lots of water helps as the first poster said she does.

Chocolate, ibuprofin and time to myself seems to help a lot. Everyone and everything is going to piss me off so if I'm left alone at least I can't hurt anyone. lol
