piatot It really depends on the person saying things about me. If it's someone close to me then i do get affected. But if they were just acquintances, i don't. I find it hard ignore the words of those people close to my heart.

piatot i noticed that when I started exercising (30 mins a day) my PMS were almost gone. i think moving around helps. stretching or dancing will do. and drink lots of water.
