Do You Still Meet the Ex?

i have remained friends with my ex but we've never seen each other for a few years now. we have kept in touch and would often call each other at the office or thru cellfone... but never to meet. he made suggestions before, but i've always declined. and now that i'm in a new relationship, there is even less inclination to meet him. i like my ex and we are very close. we could talk about everything under the sun and we both have a soft spot for each other. i'm the only person who could make him laugh without trying to and whom he never grew tied of listening to even if we are on the phone for 6 hours. but we've been on and off 3 times in the relationship and i grew tired. we both agreed that we were better off as friends. and to reduce the probability of getting back to him, i decided that i wouldn't intentionally see him in person. i don't like feelings rekindled for whatever reason so to speak. so far this arrangement has worked.:)

Hi, I occasionally see my daughters father now and again, years ago all I felt against him was anger and hurt for what he did to us, but nowadays I don't feel anything towards him whatsoever.

I do not meet him and actually,I have not kept any contact with him.haha,one reason is after graduation,I can not contact him;another is I do not want to keep contact with him,because I have my lover now,we love each other very much,I think it is not good to still meet him.

Yesh, i do... Even thought we are ex, but we are still friends... Good friends... I mean, afterall, ur exs are people who understand u the most, isnt it? =) But i guess we can only be friends.. Coz wat pass has become past... No point thinking over it.. If we cant be lovers, no point thinking over it and trying to rekindle the lost romance... I guess we are better of as friends... =)

yes, its really not all that weird. Like I said in a differnt post, it takes time to heal the pain before you can move on once again and build a relationship as friends while making a new form of life with a different person. The first couple times its a little weird becuase your so use to huging them or showing some kind of intamacy, but it gets better with time. I had alot of great times with my ex's that I would change for the world, and we shared alot so he was a big part in my life and influenced me to what I am today.

No I don't meet my ex, broke up with him a long time ago. Why not? well he's not worth seeing or my time. i am not bitter with my relationship with him. it's more of i am happier now than before i was with him.

i dont meet anymore my ex, and we dont have communication anymore.

yah... my x is my classmates... since we were still friends... we keep in touch still.. but the more I love him as days passed but shut the heart... and be with myself...
