What makes a person cheat?

Its a part of being human to always want more, so, can you use that " I am only human" excuse to cheat? Well, nothing can be lamer than that i know. How about you? whats your common excuse or reason for doing so?

well honestly i have never cheated on someone but in case my reason would be
-- you took me for granted
-- he loves me more than you do
a person cheats because he/she is not satisfied in the relationship. Or its just his nature being a womanizer.
