I get maybe 7 or 8 hours of sleep a day. Unless one of my kids are sick then probably none at all.

I dont function, LOL, No...really. I go to work at night soooooo tired that sometimes I have to go hide and sleep for like 1/2 an hour...Im surprised I have never been caught. I sleep on breaks and on my lunch. It is really bad. I have been looking for a job where I can make what I make now but only stay home. Homeschooling my children..I would like to stay home.
I have made myself ill before...when my 3 yr old was born. I had just went back to work from maternity leave.....about a month earlier. I got sick....and ended up in the hospital with Mono. I think Mono was the sickest I have ever been in my life!!!!

Yikes only 3-1/2 hours sleep?? You must drink a lot of coffee to get you going...You should try to get at least 5--can you? I get anywhere from 5 or 6 hours myself..but sometimes, will allow myself the luxury of more if I can...unfortunately that seems to back fire...I think I'm doing myself a favor by getting more sleep, but it just makes me feel groggier

I usually average 6-7 hours sleep. Sometimes 8 and rarely 9. I sometimes take a nap when I get a chance, though since I have been working 50-60 hours a week, I don't get my naps like I would like too. I know I couldn't survive off of 3 1/2 hours sleep. Hope you get some more sleep soon before it catches up with you. If you could add 2 1/2 more hours sleep would be better for you.

Wow, girl, that's not very much sleep? I wish you could get more too. You must be tired alot? I usually get about 7 hours of sleep a night. Any less and I am so tired and can't seem to get my act together to get stuff done. It's like my brain is in neutral. I also have problems with getting headaches. The only thing that makes the headaches go away is for me to get caught back up on my sleep.
I hope you can start getting more sleep soon!

I usually get about 4 hours on Monday through Thursday. On Friday, Saturday, and Sunday I get 5 and a half. I'd love to get a good 8 hours, but that hasn't happened in years. Once every couple months though, I get a blessing and will sleep seven. Here is hoping you get more sleep!

I get about 3 to 5 hours' sleep every night and I do not sleep during the day time. I know it is inadequate and it is not good to continue this for a long time. I am trying to make it about 7 hours, but it is not possible in the near future to do so.
At least once in a while I should sleep for a longer duration and I would try that.

I don't think that is anywhere near enough sleep. Is there no way at all you could get a few more hours. You will make yourself ill if that is all you are getting as your body does all it's healing and fighting illnesses etc when we sleep.
I usually get about 6 hours which seems to be enough for me and I know some insomniacs only manage 4 hours and get by, Margaret Thatcher apparently only needed 4 hours when she was our Prime Minister.

I usually get about 7-8 hours a night and then sometimes a 1-2 hour nap during the day. I don't work out of the home so it's easier for me to sleep. Sometimes I miss working outside the home just so I can get fresh air. I love my sleep though.

i work at night so i sleep mostly after lunch. i tend to have at least 6-7 hours of sleep when i have work. i would wake up for lunch or dinner and then sleep again. but when i have my rest days, i usually sleep more than 10 hours to catch up with my sleep..
