sorry to hear about your situation. but i am glad that your heart never left dancing. you still love to dance that's why you sway to the music even with just your arms and body.

I can't dance, so I don't. But I wish I could. I like to watch dancing though, like the show So You Think You Can Dance.

i started dancing when i was still in gradeschool and since then, i developed my passion for it. i love the way dancing shaped my whole being... my emotions, my discipline and the benefits i get for my health, too. and i like dancing a lot. i dance until now even when just at home.

Yeah i can dance and i love dancing!!! One of my hobbies; whenever i get the opportunity to dance, i dance till im completely tired! Dance is a very a very good exercise; Dancing can burn as many calories as walking, swimming or riding a bicycle. During a half hour of sustained dancing you can burn between 200 and 400 calories. The side-to-side movements of many dances strengthen your weight bearing bones (tibia, fibula and femur) and can help prevent or slow loss of bone mass (osteoporosis). If you're recovering from heart or knee surgery, movement may be part of your rehabilitation. Dancing is a positive alternative to aerobic dance or jogging. Before starting to dance, spend afew minutes stretching. Practice a few dance steps to prepare your muscles for activity.
