Hi,
Simply eating healthier food choices and cutting down on over processed junk will make a big difference. Choosing the right foods in the right amounts and balancing meals with carbs, protein and fat will help your body to funhction at it's best and burn fat. Drinking plenty of water is important too. You don't really need a "diet," just a healthy eating plan.

I would suggest trying a vegan diet for a while. They are plenty of nutritionally balanced meals you can have with the benefit of a lower fat content.
