Are you a member of any reward or point sites? I've been a member of mypoint.com for years and have received many awesome things from the points I accumulate there. All I have to do is click on a link and scan over a site and I get points. If you are do belong to one of those sites have you figured out how to "work it"? There are ways to get a lot of points fast and it's simple. You do need to have a cc or debit card but it's well worth it. To me it takes longer to earn money on the money making sites which is probably why I belong to so many. I figure eventually they will all add up. What are your experiences with reward sites? Do you make out well with them or stay away from them completely? Are you more apt to join a money making site?

I have done really well with mypoints.com....they just offer a lot of different ways to earn points....which I usually turn into Wal-Mart gift cards.I belong to a couple of paid sites....but so far I have not reached payout....except for here at myLot.I find the survey sites the worst....because a lot of times you take a super long survey....just to find out you did not qualify and therefor you didn't earn anything....talk about waste of time. With mypoints.....anytime I need to buy something online....I always check first if they offer a site that has what I need and voila I've earned more points for something I was getting anyaways. I guess in all I have done really well with the reward sites and like you said....the money making sites hopefuly will add up eventually.

I hate survey sites too. I never qualify after wasting that time...it gets me so mad!

I don't join any sites that require a credit card or payments. The only ones I've done with any regularity are wealthwars (more of a game, I spend my money in game and have never reached payout), promosquad (have gotten a few rewards from them), and RewardTV (I got a few Amazon gift cards from this one).

The only one I recognize from your list is rewardtv and I had forgotten all about it for a long time.

MyPOints is one of my favorite rewards sites. I can't count haw many Wal-Mart gift cards I've cashed out for. They are reliable and fast at delivering them! I really used to like FreeRide, but it's changed alot in the past few years. One year I had over $200 in Toys r Us cards right at Christmas time. Came in handy! The cashier was amazed when I paid for a full buggy with Geoffrey dollars and gift cards (all $10, lol). I also like the sites that pay in Amazon gift certificates. I found some things there I couldn't find other places for my husband for Christmas. The money sites are good, but it does take a while to gather up enough to cash out. Especially if you have zero referrals. Even after showing people the gift cards and stuff I earned, they don't think it really works. I don't get it, lol! But I do join all the sites that look legit. I figure that eventually they add up! The only ones I don't join are the ones that promise hundreds of dollars quick. Nope, ain't gonna happen, just not realistic!

I'm not really that bothered by reward sites - I've tried many before to try and get a free handbag or ipod, and I've never got one! There are a lot of scams out there, so I tend to only go for sites recommended by friends. MyLot was recommended by a friend, and its the only one I use at the moment. x

I've been a member of mypoints for years and have gotten a couple of gift cards from it. I enjoy using the site and getting things from it. I get points from reading the emails and shopping very easy to do.
