You don't need to report it unless you reach $600 from a site. If you make over $600 then you need to claim it. Basicly you would report it as self-employment income. I believe it's on the 1040 Schedule C form. I use tax software every year and it just gets entered in "other self employment income"

yes, these tax forms will tell us to write down all the incomes that we got for the year by the sources breakdown.

it only gets reported if you will reach the required amount for taxation. if you have other sources of income, then you will have to write the income derived from the various sites as income derived from self employment.

You have to make a minimum amount before you have to claim it. There is a line on the tax form that says other income; that is where you would put it.
