Why is email efficient?

I think email is efficient and popular because it is easy to send and easy to receive within couple of seconds. One can easily send loads of attachments at no cost.

Email is popular because you can do it from anywhere and you can send messages to anyone anywhere in the world in seconds. You can send photos and files as well as send to multiple people. I will say though that since I started blogging I don't email my friends and family much anymore. We keep in touch through our blogs. It's always accessbile for everyone at anytime. Email gets lost on users pc's

It is a free way for us to communicate with one another over a large distance without havent to see each other yea ... We can also share files and photos to each other and update your family what had you been doing overseas yea ... it is great tools

Email is only efficient if it works. Which unfortunately, it doesn't do all the time. It's popular because the general consensus is that it works most of the time, is free, and generally a lot faster than snail mail.
