I love swimming and its a very good excercise ... its so refreshing , especially in summer season .It is one of the best exercises doctors recomend ... I think everybody should learn swimming .

banajmi I think email is efficient and popular because it is easy to send and easy to receive within couple of seconds. One can easily send loads of attachments at no cost.
