how to avoid tensions?

I think that "tension" you mentioned might be instead adrenaline. Adrenaline gets you fired and in suitable amount is useful. Don't fight this "tension"; instead, use it to push you forward to solve your problems.

tensions r nthng if v ignore them...dnt thnk mre abt thm...u jst try to involve urself in sumthg else den u feels better n discuss with ur good friends if u hve any problm....

I think one must enjoy whatever one does. If you take interest and are happy doing it , you won't get tensions. Just chill out and relax and have fun. Think postively and laugh away all yur blues. And listen to good music, eat good food. And also try out yoga, meditation and chanting of prayers it will calm you and you will feel relaxed and tension free.

For many circumstances it is due to heavy exposures from any
factors resulting to it... eating habbits, daily routines on
going back & forth to job etc, etc. I would like to say you must first diffuse the situations you are in then slowly solve them.
