My doctor recommended I cut out salt and caffeine and exercise regularly. I have cut out added salt and exercise regularly. I have a difficult time cutting caffeine out completely. But, I have limited my intake and I seem to be doing ok. Something else that I learned is that St. John's Wort will raise your blood pressure. I was taking it for mood swings after menopause. It helped but when I discovered I had high blood pressure, I had to stop taking it.

one has to be very cautious with the food intake, there is really a need to be very careful in the kind of meal and food you eat.of course, there has to be a moderation in meat particularly pork and chicken which is hgh in protein, and less intake of carbohydrates, namely rice, milk, and dairy products.vegies are more healthy and helpful.and a moderation of sweets, cakes, ice cream and chocolates.to be more watchful of one's health condition, have a regular check up, blood pressure must be checked, and always take time to do exercise to help keep the body fit, healthy, and maintain a normal blood pressure.that way,it's the same as preventing the risk of high blood pressure that might lead to a more serious disease or condition.

Too much of Mylotting, (just kidding), Avoiding anxiety, anger, regular exercises will do.If this is done, then no worries about the diet intake, as i practice this only, which helps to keep my blood pressure under control.

Well for hypertension or BP, medicines are not solution. Do Meditation, try breathing exercise, it will help you balance and handle hypertension.
