myfanwy65 I usually drink coffee on Sunday mornings. If it did not make my blood pressure go dangerously high, I would drink it every day. I don't like decaffeinated. It just doesn't taste the same to me.

myfanwy65 I cook a lot of chicken. I get 5 or 6 chicken breasts and grill them. That way I have enough for a couple days. My favorite is a salad of romaine and spinach with grilled chicken cut up in it. I also like grilled chicken tacos. Yum!!!
