I am not used to taking daily vitamins and stuff like that but a churchmate of mine introduced me to malunggay capsule and from the day I tried it, I try not to miss a day without it. I have heard the many benefits of this malunggay capsule or clinically known as the moringa capsule the scientific name of malunggay. Acoording to facts I have read fromt he internet it can cure more or les 300 diseases and its rich in vitamin c and many minerals. I take it before I sleep and I fel great every morning, like im energized and feeling very healthy.
how about you, do you take a daily supplement?

I usually take a pill of vitamins and minerals, once a day... I go to gym and my metabolism is too high, so food supplements are part of my daily regimen..

yes, i take vitamin B complex and vitamin C supplement.
Since they are water soluble vitamins, their excess come out of the body via urine and do not produce any harm..
Further these are required daily especially for growing children, students, who play games...
Young girls should also take this supplement because they are losing their body constituents during menstruation and deficiency of vitamins can occur in them especially water soluble vitamins (vitamins B and C) because they do not store in the body.

I take vitamins and mineral each morning and evening. They include vitamin E and b12, magnesium citrate, and Capsicum Pepper. I do feel good after I've taken supplements. It's not to a point where if I don't take the supplements I'll feel bad, but the supplements just make it better. Oh, I also eat a lot of protein powder if that counts as a supplement.

No I don't take any vitamin... as I believe that healthy body goes for a health lifestyle. To make yourself fit, its just having it in a natural way which is also not expensive and it all come from discipline and taking a good practice in everything you do.

It has lots of vitamins if it's still raw and lesser when it's cooked. If you sun-dry it and pound it to powder, it has greater amount of calcium than milk. Lots of malunggay grow easily here. I used to take a moringa tea, it made me sleepy. They said it supplements what your body lacks. I lacked sleep so the tea made my sleepy and fat. I don't know, I really liked to eat that time. Now I have already stopped taking them but I eat food that has malunggay. These receipes are also used by lactating mothers in my country perhaps because of its calcium content.

I never did take a daily vitamin until here recently. We bought several types of vitamins. We was taking them daily and then we stopped doing it for some reason or another. There is always alot going on here in my home and it is hard to remember to take them. I think that is why we have not taken them in a while now.

I take daily supplements but I don't feel like they're enough for me. I don't understand why. I am considering going back to my old supplements but I haven't found it here where I live. I would have to ask someone back home to buy me those.

Yes, I take Vitamin C and Vitamin E for almost 10 years. It is good especially for my skin. Now that I'm always stressed at work and I always sleep late, drinking those vitamins could maintain my skin texture. To make my skin, look and feel younger.

Not really, but I like to drink tea, especially the green one. I have read that it contains free radicals that reduce the pollutant effects. It can be used for healing and therapy also. So, I try not to pass my tea pot every day.
