karagala I know of fruits to contain fructose sugar and I don't know if it contains glucose sugar which is what is measured to determine diabetes. I think fruits will just be fine. May I ask why not include fish skin? I like to eat Milk Fish skin a lot.

karagala I agree with you on balance. The problem with balance is we can sometimes overlook it. We always have to watch out whether or not we're going towards the other end or the other. Balance is at the middle of both sides and that's hard to maintain.
