Valentin TV type, model, brand, something ? All is to find the wiring diagram of the tv, then things are easy. But for that you mut supply some details or just google it by yourself or go to a tv repair shop - or to a public library or to a (brand name)...

haopee I'm assuming the colored bands are no longer identifiable. Is that right? Try using a multimeter, it may still give a reading. But I doubt that. Check in the circuitry if there had been resistors parallel to it. You might as well Google your TVs schematic,...
