telekinesis or psychokinesis has not been proven by anyone, some claim it exist but has been not demonstrated. i remember when i was young about 7-8 years old i always do that thing, i concentrate or focus on something but it didn't move then it became my frustration (sort of), i ask my parents, family and friends about it but i just get upset.. :)

I think not many people got this special gift. I've seen programs which presented people with this rare ability. I think they trained their skills for many years and not everyone got this ability. Maybe it's better for us that there is only few people with this gift.

I Have tried it out a lot of time and so far i have not achieved any rare ability or power of telekinesis in me, i think only some gifted people has this ability am sure i cant do it, so far moving object is beyond science i dont think its really possible like bending a spoon, physically it is possible by shifting the molecules to a desire position by physics, by mentally i dont think we have enough spiritual power to do so.

Our mind is a powerful thing. Scientists claim that humans utilize only 10% of the full capacity of their brains. Have you seen the movie Matilda? Its about an intelligent girl who can move things with her mind. telekinesis or psychokinesis as some would say. Its not as easy as the movie presents it to be but the concept works the same way. I've also read texts that say you can harness your brain's full capacity through meditation. So it's not as easy as just staring at a cup and willing it to move. And also, the brain is capable of so much more: telepathy, precognition, retrocognition, etc... If you are interested, try reading or researching more about URI GELLER. He was a famous Israeli known for such feats. As they say, the magic of today is the science of tomorrow.
