i've been nicotine free for 65 days! and i'm happy about it.

tina, this is great! wow... i think this is a great milestone for you. 65 days... that's more than two months already. i admire the fact that you have stuck to it for this long already. goodluck! :)

thanks Myles. it was really a milestone for me and i don't want to really make a big deal about it. i just started telling my friends after the 60th day to gauge if i can really stuck to it. and so far so good..

you bet Stacy. NOt that easy and prior to that was really a struggle. It's one day at a time and as long as you take it out of your system and shy away the thought, you'd make it. LIke i said, internalize the thought.

wasn't that easy. If you really want to get rid of it, you have to internalize the thought that someday you'd be able to give it up. It just happens that i attended a retreat for five days and i got colds which made me relieved my self from smoke and the rest is magic.
