tina_dc thanks for that advise. i'm taking it one day at a time. and i guess one of the secret is to really forget about it, as if you have never been a smoker. and of course, will power.

tina_dc thanks Myles. it was really a milestone for me and i don't want to really make a big deal about it. i just started telling my friends after the 60th day to gauge if i can really stuck to it. and so far so good..

tina_dc you bet Stacy. NOt that easy and prior to that was really a struggle. It's one day at a time and as long as you take it out of your system and shy away the thought, you'd make it. LIke i said, internalize the thought.

tina_dc wasn't that easy. If you really want to get rid of it, you have to internalize the thought that someday you'd be able to give it up. It just happens that i attended a retreat for five days and i got colds which made me relieved my self from smoke and the rest...
