I do both. It pays to know what you are doing and to go about it according to the employer and do the job til it is done. That is for success and your employer getting a good review due to you making him/her look good. Then it should look good for you since the employer should acknowledge your efforts in good review and possibily a raise. It works together this way when it goes well. You and I seem similar.

I am not sure exactly. Sometimes i am a hard worker and sometimes a smart worker. It just depends on my brain, when it starts functioning and when it fails......lol...... thus i am not always smart.

It really depends on the job that I am doing and how much I like it. If I am so into it, I will work very hard to make something out of it.

i believe in todays cut-throat competitive world, one has to be both, a smart as well as a hard worker.
a compromise on any of the count would spell a doom...

I work smarter i dont like to put hard work...
I first palan wat to do
analyse the ups and down
And go for de kill
