Private or Public School

The way the public schools are today that is a hard decision. I went to public schools, but my husband went to a private school. He has often told me that he wished he'd gotten to go to the public schools because in the private school he was overprotected and he didn't feel like he was really prepared for the real world. But, that was a long time ago. I really don't know what I'd do if I had a child just starting school.

It depends on what your reason for sending to private school is, what type of school, what you hope she gets out of it, etc. There are some public schools that are not worth a dime. In a really nice school district, you can get the same education as you could in a private school.......
