Venting for: The nerve of this Bogus Buyer!

I am a seller online and have my own online store. I do business dealings from online or in person. I have been doing this for two months when this happened and I cant believe the nerve of ths woman who orders stuff and didnt pay for items to be shipped but has the nerve to report to the moderator of the website we were in and complain on how come i rated her negative in a forum! Grrr.. Now i am the one with a negative rating plus a warning sign on my head because i ahve abused the rating system. How did i abuse it? I used it to properly warn other sellers that this B*tch ordered items from me which were on a pre order basis, confirmed it and yet when items arrive she tells me she cant pay thru gcash(philippine paypal) because she does not have any. I gave her other options yet after some time she never did reply to any of my text anymore. She didnt confirm if she was able to send the money because i was ready to ship her orders. Not once! After all the text i made, after more than a week consideration, To me she became a Bogus Buyer thus gave me a reason to rate her negative. And this is what happened?!" I HAVE NO ACCOUNT except ROYAL BANK of canada which is an international bank account. i even posted in my thread when i started it that i only accept gcash or smartmoney for pyaments if not meet ups. I even informed you of the payment terms when u ordered and confirmed. Only to say when the items are here, that u have no gcash? I accomodated you. I gave u more than a week to settle the payments so i can deliver or ship the items. But after all the text i made, chikka in both ur numbers, no reply. So dont tell me nagpataka ko." She has the nerve to actually say i have no reason to rate her because she never received the items?! F*** The reason she never did was because she never paid! And F*** again, her excuse because she has no gcash??? After telling her upon confirmation of orders, Pmd her, texted her that i require gcash as payment and that i need her details. She even texted me back her shipping details yet she never said one word she has no gcash!! It was all over the thread too that i only accept gcash as payment mode if not meet ups. To top it all, the moderator tells me that there was no transaction between us since we were still trying to agree on a payment method and THAT it is grossly unfair of me to rate her negative just because she orders items and not pay! HUH?! is he dumb?! MY reply:"Unfair? I have rated her because to me she is a bogus buyer, who orders items which were on pre order basis, backs out when items arrive by not replying to any of my follow up messages regarding her payment to process the shipping. It would have been a different story if the items were on stock and i didnt have to specially order thinsg for her. We havent agreed on a payment method? Oh yes we have. Its written all over this thread that i accept gcash only as payment or meet ups. I even pmd here for confirmation, contact details along with a statement that my payment mode is GCASH. She dutifully replied with her contact details and a note that if she likes the items she'l order more. Having done that, meeting of the minds has been reached regarding the confirmation of the order and payment. What pisses me off is that i am the one with a negative feedback and a warning. WHat is unfair is that she can just back off at any transaction or reservation for items pre ordered just because she decides to inform you she has no gcash WHEN ITEMS ARRIVED and not before. I am the one who accomodated her and give her all other options despite the inconvenience she gave me. SO what is grossly unfair here? I cant warn other sellers ragarding such behavior? As I told you, aside from pnb and allied bank, any bank there's no charges. And regarding western union, our bank carried that service, I tried to have it sent but it will charge P156 at that time. I carried her damn purchases everywhere so i can easily ship it while i on the road anytime anywhere! She should be the one with a big warned sign on the forum and a negative feedback and not me! And to the moderator, just because she is a paid member doesnt give her the right to be right. You just gave all the bogus buyer a reason to exist especially after knowing that they can actually back out any transaction just because it is grossly unfair for us sellers to blacklist them or rated them negative for not paying their orders!!! Huh! There! i have gotten over this argument and that girl didnt get what she dersves yet! i truly feel i wasnt wrong to rate her negative after everything she has done.
