Well most people told me that fish is healthy and meat are not because of the fat that they carry. I think both of them are healthy. They provide us protein that we need for energy. We just have to be careful on the amount of fish or meat that we eat.

eating fish is healthy for you, fish contains certian essential amino acids and fatty acids that are good for you. Doctors will even prescribe fish oil capsules for certian conditions, the Omega-Three Fatty Acids you hear about on TV are in fish, if you really want the skinny on it, talk to a nutritioist and or your doctor.

Fish is healthier for you to eat then beef, chicken, or pork. But certain fish contain higher mercury contents, and a lot of that is not healthy. Your best bet is to research the common fish in your area that you live and see how healthy it is to eat.
