Hi, breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It is necessary to eat your breakfast everyday. I don’t skip meals in the morning because I know it would be of great advantage if you’re going to eat your breakfast. When we eat, it gives us energy for the whole day, thus we can do our routine activities without getting tired easily. We can finish our work faster without hassle. Our health also will be in good hands.

yes, i think everyone of us should have a breakfast on time, because it gives energy and to help our mind to remember what we have to do for today.

No I ussually skip breakfast coz I ussually woke up 9am
and no time for breakfast and If I do I can't eat lunch.

I usually just eat a granola bar or banana on my way to class. It is rare that I actually eat a full breakfast, or even just cereal.
