Am not a Catholic, but i feel Pope John Paul was perhaps, the greatest Pope the Catholic Church ever saw, infact his saaintly character was near that of Christ, i wont forget his bold move to go and visit the Turkish assasin who lodged a bullet in his lung, am told he walked up to prison and forgave the criminal and even pleaded for his premature release! What a man of God!

Honestly, I never believe that Jesus Christ is working thru the Pope. i do not believe that Catholic Church is the true church founded by Jesus Christ. The Catholic Church is a great heretical church now always pretending to be the true one. The history of this church is marred with so much bloodshed and immorality so much so that there was a time when the papacy was for sale to the highest bidder. The doctrines of the Catholic Church are adopted from the pagans and not from the Bible.

I am not much of a religious person anymore and I was even brought up as a catholic. But, it doesn't do much to me at all. So, I don't really believe in Pope John Paul.
