My hubby is 17 years my senior. Fortunately we are both young at heart and the age difference doesn't really affect us. I guess when we are seniors it may start to make a difference as hopefully I will remain healthy enough to look after him when he is really old!

My father was 18 years my mother's senior. When my father got cancer, she took care of him. The sad things was I loss my father at a young age, but I was born out of love and to them both age was a number. I wish you and your hubby many years of love. :)

My wife is 3 1/2 years my junior. The funny thing is that we have been together since she was 16. Hahaha. We got married when she was 20 and I was 24. We have been together over 34 years now.
HAPPY POSTINGS FROM GRANDPA BOB !!~

I'm not married, but I thought I would comment anyway. : ) There is a 4 year age difference with my parents. My dad is 4 years older than my mom. My sister got married last year and her husband is seven years older than she is. I would like to marry a guy a few years older than I am, but of course that won't be a big factor. There ARE benefits to marrying a man younger. Men usually die first, so this way the man is likely to live just as long as the wife.

My wife is twelve years older than me and we'll be celebrating our tenth annivirsaty in a few weeks. I've never been happier. Funny thing is her oldest son is just seven years younger than I am and his wife is a year older than I am. So I get along with her oldest son pretty good. Take care, Terry

There is a 5 year age difference between me and my husband. He is the older one. But I don't really see it as a difference, because I have always dated older men, I just couldn't stand how immature most guys were that are my own age. :) At least around here anyways. lol

He is 5 years older than me. Sometimes it makes the difference but I think he is a little bit immature sometimes, despite being older.
I like him as he is and there are time when we don't even notice there is a difference but other times it looks like we are very different.

I am a year and a half older than my bf but usually people do not even notice and neither do we.
I do not think that aa persons age says that much about a person. I have met alot of young people that I would see as older than me and the other way around.

My husband is three years older than I. My first husband was 9 years older and although there was also 9 years between my parents, they stayed together till Dad passed away, I found 9 years was too much for us. There was 23 years between my aunt and uncle and they had 6 kids and married till my uncle passed away. I think it depends on the people.

There is only 1 1/2 months difference between my husband and I, I am the older of the two of us, but when it is this close, definitely not much of a difference is noticed.
