4ftfingers Much like the contradiction of 'positive discrimination', where a company or orgnaisation actively employ people based on their ethnicity to prove that they have no bias based on ethnicity.

4ftfingers It's my undrstanding that he promised an exit strategy. In this, which he delivered on 27th Feb 09, he stated that the US combat mission in Iraq would end by 31st August 2010, but a 'transitional force' to train the Iraqis may stay until the end of 2011.
