Acid test for all "equal rights" arguments.

If the arguments suggests that the government care about specific demographics of anyone, or respect one demographic over another, the argument cannot be consistent with "equal rights".

4ftfingers Much like the contradiction of 'positive discrimination', where a company or orgnaisation actively employ people based on their ethnicity to prove that they have no bias based on ethnicity.

4ftfingers It's my undrstanding that he promised an exit strategy. In this, which he delivered on 27th Feb 09, he stated that the US combat mission in Iraq would end by 31st August 2010, but a 'transitional force' to train the Iraqis may stay until the end of 2011.

4ftfingers I think it just goes to show how in our capitalist countries financial crimes are a much bigger deal than murder, rape or any other crimes commited against another person or people. Money is more important than people, and that's quite sad.
