wanna know what was the feeling of people who have been suffered from psoriasis , ezcema ,skin cancer or any skin disease who are really hard to treat. I felt sad for those people suffered from it. i think doctors who specialize this skin disease wont help people to treat them if they havent had enough money for the treatment. As far as im concern, i often observe here in my country that they doesnt care if you are poor.Lucky for those other country helping the citizen at the same time they got condusive center to support people of having disease.

a doctor friend of mine once told me, there is a joke in the medical community regarding skin disease. "when one of your patient comes in with a skin disease, buy a new car" apparently, skin disease is difficult and takes time and lots of money to cure.

Ok the last comment kinda upsets me!!!! My daughter age 8 and my son age 5 both have a hereditary blistering skin disease called epidermolysis bullosa. They get big blister on joint areas of their body. They have the milder form of the disease and they deal with it great for their ages. They were born with it, and now take care of their skin themselves. They go to the doctor once a year for regular check ups and their skin doesn't get the doc a new car. I feel they are well adjusted kids who are just like any other kids and have never been treated any differently by their peers or others.

My hubby served time in the military and was discharged for medical reasons one of which was while in training he scratched himself and got a topic dermatitis, so he suffers from that all the time. We have creams, grease's , and a six pill regiment he takes every day just so that he can handle the day. Myself I have another skin disease called Hidradenitis Suppurativa. It effects one percent of the population! and it's a nasty thing.... So we make a perfect match!!
