lorz81 oh u dont like to go there..why? but u just tell here that u got aplan to come in beijing..u know that one of the greatest tourist spot in beijing was gthe great wall, so why not try to drop by. i like to go there u know that.hongkong is a nice country too...

I dont know if this true but for me,sometimes it help but there was a time even i drink milk.stil coudn't make me fall asleep.what are the best tips for insomniac persons and i guess im one of them.

lorz81 yes make some tiring things as a habit at night or wholeday will help a lot before u go to sleep.ur right gurl ....reading book is effective also to me.i do that everyday and its great.thanks jeanne

lorz81 i think knowledge,faith,teaching,Encouraging.God is really Good all the time. we must praise him though even some people displease him, God still love and recieve them. I lost God in my life but he accept me whatever what mistakes i have done. Thanks to him
