Guess it was one of the great wonders made by human.i really wanted to see it one day. is there someone here who already visited the place. hope you could share what was the most wonderful u seen in great wall. Do it was so tiring walking when u enter inside the great wall? it seems it has a huge temple.i am not sure but i hope one day i was there already.hehehe

I am not among such luck fellows who have visited great wall of china. It is really amazing construction in the world. Lot of manpowr, money etc have been wasted on it. It is lying even today though some initial damages are there but government is repairing it taking care fully. I am planning to visit this wall next year in summer just as a tour. This year it is not possible because I am very busy and have limited leave with me. Other important works are also there. Hope you would also have not visited this great wall of china.

yes it is true a lot of efforts,money , and so on. this is one of the greatesr tourist spot in china. lucky for you that by next year u got a plan of going there and soon u will seen in with your eyes. while me i dont know.hopefully!or possibly not, maybe it was only in dreams anymore.

oh u dont like to go there..why? but u just tell here that u got aplan to come in beijing..u know that one of the greatest tourist spot in beijing was gthe great wall, so why not try to drop by. i like to go there u know that.hongkong is a nice country too especial when we werein disnyeland w/mom.china is cool and great.hope u enjoy

Well,the great wall is really special.it was built in qin dynasty a long time a go, and has been partly destroyed for a few times in wars.some parts of the great wall were even been destroued by the famers who were living in that area.and in the old days the government in china didn't protect the great wall very well,so many famers even stole the stones on the wall to build their house .it was really horrible.but the situation has changed a lot.i don't live in peking so i only have been to the great wall once.of course the scenery there is pretty good.but drinks and snacks in that place of interest is much more expensive than in other places.so if you want to go there, you'd better buy some food before you enter that area.and another question is there're just toooo many travellers there.toooo noisy and very easy to miss your mate.

Thanks for telling us about the great wall.I thought the place was too quiet . yeah most people who have live near the great wall has taking advantage of giving higher prices when selling their stuffs since everybody knows that a lot of travellers /foreigners wanted to see the tourist spot of china.yeah its better to buy food outside. thanks
