Do you lookup to people on mylot?

Well after my little "stint" of being away for 6 days recently I've realized that there are a lot of members that looked up to me. I find this odd to a point as I am just me here. Nothing special. But all in all theres a few here that I really look up to and respect. One is lordwarwizard for his ever great support and help in my being back. Also a few more on my list that also helped out in many ways aLONG THE SAME LINES. i WON'T MENTION ANYMORE NAMES. tHEY ALL KNOW WHOM THEY ARE. tHANKS AND HAVE A GREAT DAY/EVENING. happy postings from grandpa bob !!~

Hi Joey, Yes, there are a significant number of people on here that I've come to 'look up to,' and am enjoying getting to know a few especially well. It's 'something' along the lines of having penpals, yet so much better, due to modern technology. There are some really wonderful people here, that I wouldn't have had the chance to 'meet' otherwise.:)

I would agree that some people are really caring but not all of them. I only have 5 people so far that I can say I look up to because I think I talk to them the most or their disscusions always catch my eyes.

I don't know if I look up to people. But I can see that people are intelligent and deserving of my respect and appreciation. There are a lot of people on here that are probably more socially adept than I am. I wish I could do something to help everyone in one way or another. And many times I don't have the right words. It is encouraging to see that there are really no boundries or classifications in this type of interaction. I mean it doesn't matter who someone is or where they are from, we all share the same wants, needs and desires to some extent. In a small way, by accepting each other without prejedice or judgment, we are working to fix the world.

Its true what you say, i always feel of meeting them and really wanted to meet atleast one of them, in my real life. More caring and supportive as you said, all the friends here,though they have very precious time to eke out to help others.

i always feel like i am home here in myLot. there are lots of people here... from different countries with different beliefs and different point of views. and just being here makes me feel like i have travelled around the globe meeting all of them here in this one great site. myLot has been more to me than just a place where i can earn extra money from. this has been a place where i can share myself to others. where i can be who i am. where i can make friends to lots of good (and even bad) people. where i can learn new things. and where i can learn mistakes, too. so, i have a lot of people i look up onto here... and you're one of them joey. you have even started your own site in your willingness to help people... and you're someone people should look up onto here... anne

I most definitely look up to my friends here on myLot as they have been very nice and wonderful to me and they have given great advice and suggestions on many things. I do feel like my friends here are like family, which is why I am not leaving here for any other sites. I wish that we all lived closer so we all could meet in person and hang out and talk. Some times i lookup to people on mylot, to those who answer to my discussions. It is difficult to make friends at mylot and friendship in mylot means helping each other regarding the posts.

yes your right the peoples in mylot are very caring and sharing this is not only a website to earn money but also to earn good friends

yes me too joey. i look up to about 5 or 6 people as if they are my family as they are so helpful and always willing to lend a hand when we have a problem which is really nice of them

Why would you look up at people if you treat them like family? Should you just have good opinion of them? For me, I agree there are interesting characters here at myLot. I would not say I "look UP" to anyone here. More like I appreciate each one for its uniqueness and strength.

I do look up to many on mylot. I have met so many great people her and like you would be typing half the night it i had to name them all. My lot is a very caring and supportive community to bad we could not find those qualities in our own communities that we live. Heres a plan take all the mylotters and put them on a really big island and we will start our own caring and loving community that would be great if it could be i would love to meet each and everyone of you.

Honestly, I do....I appreeciate all the members who take their time to respond to my discussions and I envy those who give really good advice.I am greatful that I came across Mylot, because it has helped my in many ways...needless to say, I wouldn't have done it without other MYLot members.
